After realizing their passion for food, Danica and Walter decided to open up their vision right here in Concord. Spending six months and countless hours renevating the old Cat and Fiddle Restaurant, they were able to see their dream become reality. The traditional concepts of Japanese culture incorporated with the Art Deco design brings together a Manhattan-style restaurant right here in Concord, New Hampshire.

Not only is the design a must see, but Danica and Walter invited hibachi and sushi chefs from around the world to help them complete their vision. The elegance and fluidity of the sushi chefs' work may only be described as art. One minute with the hibachi chefs and you'll be holding back your laughter. Our restaurant is one of a kind, and we would love nothing more than for you to come and experience it for yourselves.
