Description
If you are new to Ashtanga Yoga, you will begin to learn the Asanas (Yoga Postures) and how they are linked with each breath. You will be shown the postures slowly, one by one, as your teacher works with you individually in a small group setting. You will quickly establish a practice that you know by heart, freeing the mind to focus on other important details of the practice. If you are already familiar with Ashtanga, you will find an intimate and nurturing environment to deepen your practice.

Monday - Friday 6:30am to 8:00am (start your practice within this time, you will finish in whatever time it takes.)
Sunday 7:30am
With Nicole Paterson ($195 value)
Monday - Friday 11:00am
Classes are semi-private. There will never be more that 12 people practicing at any given time.
