Blackout dates are as follows: April 18-21, 2014, May 22-27, 2014, July 3-7 2014, Aug 29- Sep 2, 2014, Nov 26- Dec 1, 2014, Dec 23-Jan 22014/2015, Mar 13-22, 2015, April 3-6, 2015. Dog must be spayed/neutered by 8 months of age, current on vaccinations and well-socialized with other dogs. The certificate cannot be combined with or used for any other services. The certificate may not be transferred.
