The Palaestra offers individualized instruction in developmental gymnastics, movement education, tumbling, trampoline and cheer, as well as traditional gymnastics.   Instruction begins for children at 6 months of age and continues through high school to college.   The Palaestra creates an environment that stimulates interest and introduces challenges to develop a strong foundation for physical and mental growth.
