Personal Endorsement

Leigh is a gifted teacher and I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to study with her these past two years.

She is by no means my first teacher but she has offered me the most comprehensive and balanced approach to

yoga I have ever come across. It was not until I found Leigh that I felt able to embrace a home practice.

In one year, she taught me the function behind the form that allowed me at 50 years old to dive deeply into a centered yet athletic practice

that is essentially re-organizing my structure. Much of my chronic pain has disappeared. Her classes are populated by seniors over 70 and young lithesome

20 somethings. With her ability to teach many levels at once, I continually see joyous expressions of delight upon the young and old alike at the end of each

class. My 15 year background in Feldenkrais training (and massage training before that), and my understanding of the physics and physiology of movement, give me a unique perspective. I endorse Leigh wholeheartedly from both a heartfelt place and an informed perspective.
