This charming beach cottage sits facing the sound and the intracoastal waterway, just steps from the nearest beach access. Enjoy the beautiful sunset over the waterway while relaxing in a rocking chair on the back porch.

The cottage fetures four bedrooms: two bedrooms upstairs with king beds and and two downstairs, one with a king bed and the other with two double beds and a pullout couch. All four bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with an additional bathroom in the upstairs hall.

The upstairs also features a large open-layout living area with a fully stocked kitchen and dining nook. There is an additional dining table on the side porch.

Cottage is available for one seven-day rental during the months of September, October or November 2014. Thanks to the Spangler family for donating their vacation home!
