This multi-colored "Bird of Paradise" mask was hand decorated by artist Louise Franke. The rich colors and sequins are a fun way to celebrate Mardi Gras at this animal-themed masquerade!

Louise is a fine arts painter, print maker, and visual story teller whose work has been exhibited, published, and collected from New York City to Beijing. Her portraits attempt to capture those relaxed and impromptu moments when the being and emotions behind the face emerge. Who the individual is steps forward in their garb, expression, body language and environment. Animal portraits are rich in attitude and humor.
