This lot contains 12 bottles from Rochioli's 2010 vintage. Tasting notes have been provided by Robert Parker from February 2012.

2010 West Block (quantity 2)-  R Parker Review: 94 Points "...a deep, layered wine. Blackberry jam, exotic spices, black cherries, menthol and spices wrap around the palate. The West Block impresses for its sensual personality and long, pure finish. This is decidely plush, fruit-driven expression of Pinot. There is less aromatic delineation than in most of the other wines. Ultimately, the West Block will be enjoyed most by readers who enjoy opulent, explosive Pinots. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020"

2010 Little Hill Block (quantity  3)- R Parker Review: 93 points "...one of the more layered, textured wines in this lineup. Freshly cut flowers, sweet exotic spices, mint, orange peel and black cherries are woven together beautifully in this expressive, seductive Pinot. Layers of fruit build effortlessly towards the dramatic, layered finish. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020"

2010 River Block (quantity 2)- R Parker Review: 91 Points "Dark cherries, menthol, sweet spices and licorice are woven together nicely but the wine nevertheless appears to be holding back much of its potential. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020"

2010 Sweetwater Vineyard (quantity 3)- R Parker review: 94 Points "... a large-scaled dramatic wine. It boasts huge black fruit and notable intensity from start to finish. Sweet, perfumed aromatics develop in the glass, but the Sweetwater remains tannic and in need of at least another 1-2 years in bottle. The wine literally sizzles on the palate with energy, and my impression is it will be magnificent with time. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020"

2010 Three Corner Vineyard (quantity 2)- R Parker review 94+ Points "...wraps around the palate with intense dark black fruit, menthol, spices and licorice. This is one of the most brooding, structured wines in the line-up. Energy, focus and power are some of the many virtues found in the Three Corners. Layers of fruit continue to build in the glass as the wine fills out over time. A dazzling effort. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2020."
