Bikram Yoga® is a 90-minute, beginner’s yoga class comprised of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a 105°F hot room with 40% humidity.

The heat softens muscles for safe, deep stretching; increases blood flow; stimulates bone-to-skin detoxification; and challenges you to meditate through distractions and focus on what to do, how to do, and when to do.

ABOUT: 105F Bikram's state-of-the-art hot rooms are designed and engineered to maintain a consistent 105F degree temperature with 40-45% humidity. Founded in 2001, their Wicker Park studio was the first 105F studio in Chicago. In 2004, Lincoln Park opened at the old Parkway Theater, and in 2011 they opened their newest facility in the South Loop, inside Dearborn Station. For your convenience and safety, they offer lockers with keys. Lincoln Park and South Loop have showers; Wicker Park does not.
