Professor Mark H. Waymack, author of two books on whiskeys, will guide your guests through a two-hour "tour" and tasting of four select bourbons - specially selected by Professor Waymack and generously donated by Raven Board Member Sally Schwartz. And what isn't finished during the two-hour party becomes the winning-bidder's private reserve (lucky!!). 

The winning-bidder will also receive an autographed copy of Professor Waymack's book - The Book of Classic American Whiskeys. 

ABOUT: Mark Waymack is an Associate Professor and the Chair of Philosophy at Loyola University Chicago.  In addition, he is a Fellow of the Buehler Center on Aging and an Adjunct Associate Professor in Loyola University’s Neiswanger Institute for Health Ethics. On the side, Professor Waymack has an impressive sideline as a Whiskey connoisseur having visited extensively numerous distilleries throughout the country, and is the author of two books on the subject.
