With this certificate from Lawrence Carani Decorating the winning bidder will receive $200.00 free labor for any project approved with $1,500.00 in labor. The $200.00 free labor can include any repainting or repair project beyond the approved project of $1,500.00, i.e. Trim repaint; Small room repaint (walk in closets, small powder rooms etc.); patch repair work (winter roof ice damage to interior ceilings); minor carpentry repairs; or minor electrical outlet or lighting repairs, etc. The $200.00 free labor can be applied to additional work that may exceed the labor amount of $200.00 at the customer's request.

All materials required pertaining to the approved project and the $200.00 free labor, will be charged to the customer and are not included in this item.
