This package is for the ultimate group of wine and food lovers! Enjoy a once in a lifetime dining experience for six guests, starting at Bottega Ristorante. A tasting menu will be designed by Chef Michael Chiarello, especially for your visit and paired with Chiarello Vinyard wines. Your group will also be treated to dinner at The Thomas,  where you will enjoy a meal prepared by Cordon-Bleu trained food-world luminary, Chef Brad Farmerie.  Also included is a visit to The Hess Collection Winery, featuring a museum art tour and a three course Wine and Food pairing created by Hess' Executive Chef, served in their private dining room, and gift certificates for six people to enjoy cave tours and barrel tastings at Del Dotto Vineyards' new estate winery and caves. To top off your Napa experience, you will receive six tickets to tour the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. This package is not to be missed! Also comes with three copies of Chef Michael Chiarello's cookbook, 3 bottles of Hess wine and $1500 to put towards a hotel of your choice.  There are numerous hotel options in the area and the SAA development office can offer suggestions at various price points.


This package is valued at $5550.  If shared by three, the value is $1850/per couple.

Special Instructions

The Hess Collection Winery: Must be scheduled one week in advance, based on availability. Your group may be combined with other winery guests. Valid Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at 2:00PM. Not valid September 28-November 26.


Del Dotto: Certificate must be presented at the time of tour. Not redeemable for cash.


The dinner at Bottega must be used Monday through Thursday night.  The Thomas and Hess can be used on any day.
