In 1974, Basil Nichols opened Nichols Restaurant to be a casual neighborhood coffee shop and diner serving up traditional comfort favorites and service with a smile. Over the years, Nichols has evolved to keep pace with the dining habits of the day while never losing sight of its roots as a diner. Today, J.Nichols continues to be owned and operated by the Nichols family and stays true to its humble beginnings. Our food is still made from scratch everyday using fresh, whole ingredients.
