Join Yvonne and Hillary for a fun morning learning how to bake with gluten free flour and make healthy smoothies. Yvonne will talk about how to bake gluten-free including which flours are good wheat substitutes and how to compensate when there's no gluten binding the flour together. Hillary will talk about how to make healthy smoothies with and without dairy and with fruit, protein mixes, and healthy add ins. We'll eat delicious baked goods, drink healthy smoothies, chat over coffee.
