This new MLS Prime ball is a redesign of the colorful world cup ball to bring new color and excitement to the league’s official match ball.

According to MLSsoccer.com, the red highlights on it represent "a heart, as the ball is the heart of the soccer and MLS." This design is also adorned with the MLS logo and outlines in black and gray, as well as subtle “Solar Zest” detailing on the merger of the panel edges for a dynamic look.

This new ball will be used starting in March 8, when a new MLS season kicks off, making the MLS the first league to play with its own a Brazuca-inspired official match ball!
