The patient has to be awake, alert, and responsive at the time he signs the consent. The patient and partner must read and understand criteria and qualifications at a consultation appointment.

Moab Immediate Care provides urgent and acute care for individuals suffering from non life-threatening illnesses and injuries. They also perform physical exams and many outpatient procedures, including vasectomies and skin lesion biopsy and removal. Basic x-ray and lab tests are performed on site.
