Shannon Amsler, creator of the popular Lex Get Fit! Boot Camp for Women at Lincoln Field, will bring her one hour boot camp to you!
You choose whether you want a personal boot camp in your backyard for yourself, your friends, or your entire family. You may use this for a healthy outdoor birthday party for your child - Shannon will bring the exercise equipment for the children and help create a fun outdoor theme. Or, skip the cocktails and appetizers and get your closest friends together for a Girls' Night Out Exercise Party. This class can also be used as a charity opportunity by the winning bidder.
Special Instructions
Winning bidder provides the location (must be in Lexington, MA) and Shannon will bring the music and the equipment. Boot Camp must be used between May 9, 2014 through June 24, 2014 or September 12, 2014 through November 2, 2014. Maximum number of participants in a single class/party is 20.
