Appetizers: Calamari and Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella

Field of Greens Salad

Main Course: Citrus Glazed Salmon with Green Beans and Sliced Filet Mignon.

Sides for the Table: Mashed Potato and Seasonal Vegetables

Dessert:  Dessert Platter for the Table and an After Dinner Drink
