Mary Ann Burnside, founder of Hearts & Minds, creates customized mindfulness education programs for adults and children.  Her ME and My Yoga is a site based program for children that teaches mindfulness and meditation.  She is offering a Yoga Dance Party for up to 12 children or a family party for both children and adults for up to 25.
