A unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of and comfort with horses! You or your child will have a private session with equestrian instructor and naturalist, Jenny Whitman. This is not a typical riding lesson. Jenny will focus on natural horsemanship skills so you can better understand and more effectively communicate with horses. She will demonstrate how to brush and care for horses and demonstrate basic riding principles. After spending time getting to know the horse, you or your child will have the chance to ride as Jenny leads the horse on foot over a beautiful nature trail. You may bid on the spot for yourself or for your child. A parent must accompany a child. If a child is on the horse you will walk with Jenny. For adults and children of all levels of experience.
