My name is Marlies Lloyd a career coach with a passion for creating movement. I enjoy being able to make conversations click, connect the dots and create action. So why Red Pants Coaching? I remember putting on my red pants and feeling on top of the world. For whatever reason, wearing red pants gave me the confidence to move forward. It helped me to create the excitement and energy to let go of fear and step out of my comfort zone. You could say it was my a??light bulba?? moment, the stars aligned and Red Pants Coaching was born.
