In the past, many of the stars who attend the Emmy Awards were a little more jazzed about the parties than the actual ceremony. In 2011, HBO held its Annual Emmy Party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, with dinner prepared by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, including Creole-spiced lobster and shrimp with grits, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Similarly, following the 2012 event, Jimmy Kimmel joked that, during commercials, the Emmys looked like this: "all your favorite TV stars all in one room, checking their phones and ignoring each other."
But the picture was much different – and a whole lot more fun after the show.
The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards take place on Monday, August 25, 2014.
Admission is for four people.
Attendants must be at least 21 years old, with valid photo i.d. in order to enter party.
