F-Max Fitness has been serving the community of Point Loma since 2002. With a fully equipped gym and a team of professionals we specialize in one on one personal training. The gym in total is 2600 square feet half of which is dedicated to personal training. Training sessions are Individually designed and 100% supervised.
We also have an Express Gym which has a full line of strength and cardio machines. This area allows you the freedom to come and workout on your own without an appointment.
