Cody is situated on nearly one hundred acres of naturally wooded property and a mile of superb sandy shoreline on Lake Ossipee. Our lake is four miles long and two miles wide with a natural sand bottom and is warm and clear. Our magnificent National Forest setting provides us with unlimited outdoor opportunities, in addition to the many in-camp activities we offer.

An important part of the Cody program is the balance between individual choice and assigned activities. Providing flexibility within an overall structure, the program allows campers to progressively choose more of their own activities as they get older. In this environment, campers experience teamwork, support and achievement while also satisfying their individual interests.  Daily activities include team sports and waterfront programs, as well as individual activities like biking, gymnastics, photography, arts and crafts, cooking, and chess.

With millions invested in the past decade alone, Cody is one of the most well-equipped summer camps in the country. All of the buildings are either new, or have recently undergone major expansion or refurbishing, and almost all of the equipment is updated or replaced approximately every five years.

Cody boasts over thirty cabins for campers and staff, all of which have electricity, fully-equipped bathrooms and cubbies for belongings. Each cabin houses approximately six campers and three counselors.

Cody's sports facilities include a baseball diamond, as well as a soccer field and a football field. There are also two volleyball courts, two floodlit street hockey and roller hockey, and roller-hockey arenas, a floodlit five-aside soccer arena, two floodlit basketball courts, and seven tennis courts (four floodlit). Cody also has a modern riflery range and two archery ranges.
