Description
You are bidding on a 1-week session of Camp Pikati sports camp, including a waiver of the normal $132 required membership fee, at the West Suburban YMCA in Newton Corner for Summer 2014. Camp Pikati operates from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Choose your week. It is a great camp where many Franklin kids go to have fun!
Camp Pikati
Camp Pikati (pike-a-tee) means camp across the Pike! Located at the West Suburban YMCA, Pikati offers one-week sessions for active, athletic and crafty campers.
Our staff helps your child gets the most out of each day at camp in a fun, safe and supportive environment. All of our Pikati staff are certified in CPR & First Aid, and are experts at helping your child get better at sports, but more importantly, making your child a good sport! The Pikati philosophy revolves around participation, fun and fair play.
Campers have so much to do! We also offer a mix of activities in each camp day to keep kids rested, happy and healthy. We schedule snack, lunch, free time and swimming into every day. As well as, optional swimming lessons. During free time, campers can choose activities, such as group games, climbing wall, skate park and more.
VARIETY SPORTS CAMPS
Mini Sports Camp (4-5 years old)
Little Sports Camp (6-7 years old)
Junior Sports Camp (8-9 years old)
Pro Sports Camp (10-12 years old)
In the general sports camps, campers are introduced to a variety of new skills that are valuable in many traditional sports. They learn to listen to a coach, value teamwork, and develop individual sport skills in a non-competitive environment. All activities, drills and games are age appropriate.

Does not include Camper Care (before and after camp session care) or James Bede Soccer Clinic.
Valid for new camper registration only; it is not valid toward campers that are already registered for camp. Certificate includes a waiver of the normally required membership fee (value: $132).
Valid for any one week session in the summer 2014 session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 5% of their bid to cover a portion of the 9% auction transaction fees that are charged to Franklin by BiddingforGood. We thank you for helping with this and supporting the school.
Checks preferred for payment. Checks to be made out to FRANKLIN PTO. Credit Cards (visa, mc) accepted, instructions for using credit cards will be in winner’s email.
Do pickup (below) or Mail Checks to: JULIET HARRISON, FRANKLIN PTO, 160 RANDLETT PARK, WEST NEWTON, MA 02465. We will mail items upon receipt of payment.
If You Wish To Pickup: We will be at the top of the stairs INSIDE Franklin Elementary on Wednesdays (March 19, March 26 and April 2) from 8:20-8:40 a.m. to distribute winner’s items and collect payment. We are happy to make alternate pick up/collection arrangements as necessary, just email us to arrange.
