Aunt Chantao Rathsavong is the owner and head chef of “Nang Chantao”, a famous restaurant in the heart of Laos, renowned for gourmet southeast asian cuisine. Chantao came to America to teach Vohn’s chefs the secrets of the great foods of Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos.
