Enjoy a private 90 minute restorative yoga class with Cheryl Thomas. Restorative yoga can be thought of as "active relaxation."
Need stress relief? Need a break? Restorative yoga might best be described as a supported, conscience body/mind relaxation practice, When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stored-up toxins, that can cause illness. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind.
Honestly speaking, some yoga poses taste a little bit sweeter than others. If yoga were a smorgasbord, restorative postures would most definitely be at the dessert table. These soothing and well-supported poses offer us the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life.
About Cheryl Thomas:
Cheryl is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with advanced training in restorative yoga and yoga therapy. As a graduate of the Institute for Holistic Health Studies at San Francisco State University, she integrates Eastern traditional wisdom with Western science. This private class will take place in winning bidder's home. Cheryl will travel in and around Sebastopol.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 28, 2014 and Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
