This gift certificate is good for the registration fee for the 2014-2015 St. Sebastian CYO basketball season. The CYO basketball program includes players in grades 3-8. One (1) free registration will be provided for the 2014-2015 basketball season for a CYO team.

Contact information for registration and medical waiver will be given on the gift certificate. Valid for the 2014-2015 season only.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 28, 2014 and Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
