30 Minute Training Session with Liz Sinna
Training session in the privacy of your home or my studio.
Liz Sinna is a Personal Trainer certified by ACE and AFAA and has been training and coaching people for over 7 years. She enjoys helping people find success with their personal fitness goals.
During her more than twenty years of cycling and running experience, she has participated in many events including the Santa Rosa Cycling Club's Terrible Two and three marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Local: Santa Rosa or Sebastopol areas
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 28, 2014 and Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
