Practicing Breema allows you to experience connection to yourself as you support others, and a taste of relaxed alivenes in the present moment. Working with body-mind connection and the Nine Principles of Harmony, we learn a new way of being that we can bring to our daily life.


In this workshop you'll learn self-care exercises to revitalize and balance body, mind, and emotions; and partner bodywork that nurtures and energizes both the practitioner and the recipient.

Gift certificate good for Breema workshop on April 26 or Wednesday evening class series in May.


Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.


For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 28, 2014 and Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
