20 Units of botox will be injected by Amanda R Salvado MD in her Westside Head and Neck office.  Locations are in Culver City and Santa Monica.  Dr Salvado trained at UCLA in the department of Head and Neck surgery and is skilled in  cosmetic procedures for the head and neck.
