With over 20 years of cooking experience, Mona Harrington has taught at the Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, and has worked in a diverse array of settings from upscale restaurants to hotel kitchens to the homes of Hollywood Elite. Chef Mona Harrington is a Certified Level II Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Wine Professional recognized by the Culinary Institute of America, Mona is accomplished in the subject of wine.  Her purpose is not only to introduce wine studies to budding chefs (professional and leisure) but to share the concept of "dining squared" achieved with ultimate food and wine pairings. With a diverse background in multiple cuisines and cultures, Mona explores wine from all over the world matching them with foods by considering terrior, complementary and contrasting flavors and using all five of the senses.
