Description
Each year in January and February the fourth graders participate in a "Wax Museum". Each student gets to select a Dead Famous American for this unit of study. They read a biography, do research, make a poster and bring in visual aids. On the day of the "Wax Museum" they dress up like their famous American and give a 90 second speech. This is a very popular event for the fourth graders and having first choice on their famous American allows your child to bring their favorite athlete, politician, actress, inventor, aviator or pageant queen back to life!
