One of a kind masterpiece! This unique Children's Playhouse is approximately 4 feet deep, by 6 feet wide, by 6 feet 6 inches tall! It is an old schoolhouse and/or barn design with cedar shingle roof and "board and batten" sides. The front of the house has double doors made from historic wood salvaged from old Capitol Hill homes. The gable ends will have a window that can be used as a play store front with a small counter for "transactions" on one side, with a smaller fixed window on the other side. The interior space provides room for the winning bidder to decorate and furnish it as they see fit. The playhouse has been constructed in multiple pieces so that it can fit through standard doorways! The architect has thought of everything with this masterpiece! Come to the school's multi-purpose room the week before the auction for an 'Open House'. Delivery and set up of the playhouse is included (to a local winner's home)!! No need to make special arrangements to get it to your home!
