Description
Go behind the scenes in the high-tech world of California's famed Silicon Valley. See inside an ultra-clean, highly automated silicon chip factory and connect with technologies that give us new ways to work, learn, play, and communicate. The Intel Museum is 10,000 square feet of fun, interactive learning for children and adults. This unique experience will include a guided tour and hands-on activities at the museum. Presenters may include Intel research lab directors, Intel fellows, and chip architects. There will be opportunities to interact with Intel's new robot and Galileo boards, as well as new innovations launching soon.
Special Instructions
Lunch will be provided. November 8, 2014 from 10 am to 2 pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult – siblings may be accompanied by one parent. This is for students in first grade or older. This is a Count-Me-In event. $75 per spot. Each spot includes one child and one adult. 25 spots available online. Any remaining spots will be available for purchase at the March 29 auction.
