Harry Potter Scavenger Hunt at the Legion of Honor Fine Arts Museum: November 16, 2014

Item Number: 8021
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Follow in the footsteps of young wizards on a trip to the Legion of Honor in search of art that echoes characters, places, and enchanted objects in the famed Harry Potter books and movies. Be prepared to track down serpents, unusual creatures, swords, Dumbledore look-alikes, men that might remind you of Nearly Headless Nick, trophies that seem straight out of the Triwizard Tournament, and eerie figures as scary as any Death Eater or Dementor. Wizards and muggles alike can play and enjoy this scavenger hunt. The hunt is not an addition to or variation of Harry's adventures, but instead references the books and will provide a surprising bridge to many strange and wonderful works of art. It is a great way to discover—or rediscover—the museum.
