Third Grade Class Gift: Community Service and Campfire Hootenanny! May 4, 2014

Item Number: 1503
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Inspired by the third grade students lead in their SEL project last fall, this class has designed a service project to give some tender loving care to our Nueva campus and have a great time doing it. Projects will include helping to tame the Scotch Broom on Crocker Road, working with Caroline Scanlon in the Nueva Garden, or assisting in a variety of other nature-loving tasks. If that doesn't work up enough of an appetite, Zubin Mobedshahi is cooking up some rollicking games to get the endorphins pumping! Sack races, anyone? Then settle around the campfire with a catered picnic dinner, live music, and song. Make this an event for the whole family, and enjoy the wonders of the Nueva campus together. This event will take place on Sunday, May 4, 2014, from 3:00 to 7:30 pm. $75 per family and all spots will be available online. Let's set a record for class participation and fundraising sign up now! Any remaining spots will be available for purchase at the March 29 auction.
