The Black Cat - the latest in the popular pop-up restaurant movement - is open again for a limited Nueva seating. Chefs/6th graders, Alessia Serafini and Bella Chierici, will prepare a gourmet meal including appetizers, a main course and a dessert. Previous Black Cat evenings have wowed diners with puree of pea and cilantro soup, baked salmon in a fresh dill sauce, and home made meringues. Your meal will be hand prepared and served by your chefs. A wine pairing will accompany the dinner. The Black Cat will be open for one night on a mutually agreed upon date. As a temporary restaurant, the chefs will bring the restaurant to your home. Maximum of six guests. A wine pairing will accompany the dinner featuring a selection provided by the Ogden family.
