Come learn to make Taiwanese dumplings from Beethoven Family Grandma Su Tsai who has been making dumplings for friends and family for over 50 years.  She will teach you how to hand make and cook dumplings from scratch.  We will be making meat and veggie fillings as well as the wrapping dough.  She will also demonstrate cooking techniques of pan frying and boiling.  You will get to eat as many dumplings as you like and take home leftovers and a recipe card to make your own!  This will be a fun hands-on experience for the whole family to enjoy! Space limited to 10 adults and 10 children.  Children must be accompanied by an adult participating, and BYOB will be appreciated!  Cost $20 per adult and $10 per child, this includes cooking ingredients!   Date:   TBA
