Crossfit Foundations

Certificate entitles the recipient to four one-on-one Foundations classes prior to enrolling under one of the membership options. Our Foundations classes are designed to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit and provide you with the technique and skill necessary for keeping you safe when you enter group classes.
