About Orion's Kitchen: Orion Sylvester is a Rancho dad with a fantastic, high-end catering company. A lifelong chef and graduate of the Tante Marie's Cooking School of SF, he went on to cook at Insalata's in San Anselmo before venturing out on his own. His relentless zeal for life comes through in his explosively flavorful food which always features the best local and seasonal ingredients.
