As a Kairos therapist Diane uses this method as a powerful therapeutic process in which healing occurs as long-held contractions in the body are released. These contractions are the result of physical & emotional trauma. When we do not complete these events, the contractions become layered in the body and can lead to emotional & physical symptoms. Releasing this layering allows body to release toxins and brings renewed focus and energy to your present life.

Diane Haris is a certified Kairos therapist. Initial sessions last 1 1/2 hours. Diane's home office and private studio are in Cotati, CA.
