Krav Maga is the official self-defense and fighting system used by the Israel Defense Forces, militaries worldwide and numerous law enforcement agencies.  Krav Maga is a highly evolved system of self-defense combative strategies that emphasizes easy-to-learn techniques that have been battle tested in real life situations.  These techniques focus on quickly neutralizing opponents. 

In this class, you will learn:  Defenses against punches, kicks and other strikes, Escapes and releases from chokes, bear hugs and other grappling techniques; Protection against knives, guns and other weapons; Techniques to combat against single and multiple attackers based on simple striking principles and instinctive movements.

Participate in any Krav Maga class held nightly Monday-Thursday starting at 7:30PM. 

Open to Men and Woman ages 16 and older.
