Chef Anton Thurn began his career at an early age working for the family business, Thurn's Specialty Meats. While attending Columbus 

State Community College he served his apprenticeship under a Culinary Olympic gold medalist. Chef Thurn has worked in many exclusive 
country clubs, city clubs, and restaurants throughout Columbus and Pittsburgh. His theory to cooking is " The more you educate yourself 
about food, the more you learn you don't know."
