Description
A two week camp for students entering first through third grades designed to provide opportunity to read and write with joy and engagement!
Instructor: Maria Cannon M.Ed-Reading teaches primary grades and is a Reading Specialist at Little Harbour Elementary School in Portsmouth,NH using a balanced literacy model. Children will read, write, share and listen to stories daily. Instruction is 1:1 and in small groups to increase comprehension skill, decode words, gain vocabulary acquisition strategies and fluency. Campers will write based on mentor authors, plan, draft, revise, edit and publish pieces of writing to share. This camp is appropriate for all children of this age range. Teaching is based on individual needs. Camp size is limited.

Winning bidder is responsible for picking this item up from the BPC office in the Burleigh Davidson building on campus between Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 and Wednesday, April 30th, 2014. Items not picked up by April 30th will be shipped to the winning bidder. Bidder is responsible for the actual shipping amount which will be billed to the credit card on file at the time of shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
