Pilates At Home- is a one on one private service where I bring Pilates to you in the comfort of your home. No need to go out to the gym or a class. You receive private Pilates lessons at a comfortable level of experience. Upon the first class I will decide what level you are currently at and I will tailor a program that is just for you.
