Description
Pilates At Home- is a one on one private service where I bring Pilates to you in the comfort of your home. No need to go out to the gym or a class. You receive private Pilates lessons at a comfortable level of experience. Upon the first class I will decide what level you are currently at and I will tailor a program that is just for you. My program is a total body workout that focuses on strength, flexibility and balance. All ages are welcome to join! -Two private classes (one hour each). -Within 35 miles of South Berwick,ME.
Special Instructions
Winning bidder is responsible for picking this item up from the BPC office in the Burleigh Davidson building on campus between Tuesday, April 15, 2014 and Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Items not picked up by April 30th will be shipped to the winning bidder. Bidder is responsible for the actual shipping amount which will be billed to the credit card on file at the time of shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
