Sitting next to Schooner Bay Market, Sharkey’s “Bait Stand” celebrates 10 years of serving deliciously cold adult beverages, wonderfully hot (100% beef, fresh fish or chicken) burgers and fries (see “menu”) plus almost every sporting event imaginable in America’s Paradise of St. Croix, USVI. So come enjoy our family friendly atmosphere & our knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Food: You get to build your own made to order burger at our lavish condiment bar full of fresh tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onions, and our dressings (maybe a dash of Miss Anna’s!?!) And although their taste may make it our most ordered item, the “almost famous” chicken strips are unequaled in mouth watering taste, home made batter–quick fried to keep in that moist freshness. Accompanying fries with almost every order are certain to not leave you hungry (your choice of curly, regular or our favorite “chili cheese fries”). Want Mahi? It’s always fresh on the island and we heap a generous portion off the grill and onto your bun, waiting to be dressed like a burger at the condiment bar!

Sports: Whether you’re a fan of those LSU Tigers, Dale Jr., The Boston Red Sox, The University of Texas or even the New York Giants, chances are “We’ve Got Your Game On!” At least 13 screens show sports every hour we’re open. We’ve got local, cable, DirectTV and DishNetwork!

Games: Watch your team win their game or participate in great games like Texas Hold ‘Em & Bingo. We’ve got 5 regulation pool tables and now fooseball too!

When Can You See Us: We’re open everyday! We start with lunch at 11:30 every AM and don’t stop the cold ones coming until the next morning at 2:00am. And if hunger strikes late? We’ve got ya covered! Kitchen open to at least midnight, every night, Friday & Saturday until 1am!

Happy Hour: We’ve got a few of those too Monday-Friday. Especially 4-7pm Fridays, where during Happy Hour you can enjoy at least $1 off your favorite adult beverage and some of the craziest games this side of Texas.
