Jackie Apple, cooking instructor, will prepare and demonstrate a sumptuous four course meal that you can replicate at home. Together you and Jackie select menu items that will delight the palette and inspire you to get in the kitchen.  During your 3.5 hour cooking demonstration, you can sit back and relax while you sample wine selected to accompany your menu.  The class takes place in Jackie Apple’s home kitchen in Forest Hill, San Francisco.
