Your kitchen may not normally have a three-star rating from the Michelin Guide, but it will for a night. Notable French Laundry alumni Kang Kuan (sous chef) and Chris Hoel (sommelier) will bring the cuisine of the world-famous Yountville restaurant to your home and provide a truly once-in-a-lifetime dining opportunity: a seven-course dinner for 10 guests. Chris, now the Senior Wine Advisor at Soutirage, will pair spectacular wines with the exquisite food prepared by Kang, now the head chef at Morimoto Napa. The evening will begin a caviar course with California Caviar and end with the satisfaction of an amazing meal and a story few people can share.
